That he underestimated what a clueless flop Lombardo has been so far.
That he didnt expect DOC to be canned and the company to pursue essentially the same strategy minus HER2.
That he thought whatever deal DOC screwed up in March could be revived by September.
That he thought Lombardo might actually hire an investment bankers and consider offers for the Company
