that is probably the most dangerous assumption to make in the OTC and base an investment decision on given the amount of actual deception that goes on WITHOUT SEC action. On a relative basis the number of actual suspensions and prosecutions in the OTC is quite low

And that is actually a valid criticism of the SEC. They barely touch the surface. There are very clear and blatant scams that go on for years.

I just dont know how the sec wouldnt know about it. You have stickied the complaints to the sec and where to do them. You do realize that if you have complained to the sec that BVTK will get looked at and come out clean. right. Saying the SEC probably wont suspend or prosecute someone for price manipulating just doesnt sound right.

That is very hard to prove. In most "manipulation" cases it is based on manipulative trading activity. Darkpulse didn't make any mention of what the deal would mean to BVTK...they merely mentioned they (DP) got a deal.

Darkpulse and bvtk have an agreement thats documented in an 8k. when darkpulse tweets about deals and retweets bvtk and their relationship, darkpulse is in affect effecting bvtks stock price espeacially with the revenues darkpulse says its going to get. I would venture to say 95% of ihubbers on this board would agree with me. SO yes, if darkpulse were making news up, i guarantee you, dennis oleary would go to jail.

Again, I dont believe darkpulse is making any of it up.
