There is actually nothing overtly illegal in what DP is doing.

If darkpulse was trying to manipulate BVTK's share price, that would definitely be illegal. no question about that. SEC is cracking down on people for any type of price manipulation. Im sure you have read that in the news lately.

Im going to have to believe what darkpulse tweets. I mean who wants to go to jail right. no one.
