Yes, news is Hop-ON and Re-medical are pretty much flat broke, and neither have business licenses in California and Hop-On has no business license anywhere in the USA.
Even bigger news is that Hop-ON's registered agent (required by securities laws) resigned in January, and Hop-On also has no required central key index. Not clear if Nevada will revoke Hop-ON, just like they did to Hop-On Wireless (for the second time).
