Tyaz, what past? Mr Umbra has no past running a public company and his previous private company made him a millionaire with no investors. He used his own money to start UATG. The mistake he made was trusting three con artists to run a sub company he bought and when he found out he fired them. I am very familiar with the story having lived it and been a victim of their con. When Mr. Umbra came on board he removed them shortly after. They came from a company he bought to go public not his inner circle. This part I know a great deal about and spent alot of money verifying.
I have also verified that he has not sold any of his shares and he has stated repeatedly that no one in the company is allowed to sell.
In addition, if he were to sell it would require and 8k filing that we would all see.
