Thank you that was me who asked. That was a good description. I am here for the $$$$ however long that takes. When it does I will be figuring out the rest of my life and what ocean I want to be looking at. lol
My vote is management. In the beginning I was impressed but then Twiiter blocks started and downhill from there. Don't block your customers and always do what you say. If you can't do what you say then don't say it. Simple to fix though. Just do what you say!!
