Its my understanding that any outstanding finance issues are either addressed or being addressed.

Time will tell and a few people will be shocked here. Meanwhile float shrinks too $PERL

There is no Perla lawsuit. I had a friend, who is an attorney, check to see if Perla or its CEO had recently filed (or were a party to) any lawsuit.

There is no Perla lawsuit filed in any of the 50 states. It’s all a fabrication by Perla’s CEO. That’s why there has been no official PR issued by Perla’s attorney. (I don’t even think Perla has an attorney.)

My attorney friend did find many lawsuits filed against Perla Group International and its CEO (Charles D’Alberto). Perla and its CEO were on the losing end of every case. There are a multitude of outstanding court-issued judgments, garnishments, and liens against Perla and its CEO in excess of $1 Million.
