Mark; Speaking of rubbish - care to share some facts to support the claim?
Rather harsh to claim that TRW is not a success, or are you judging the WHOLE of SIAF - at the CURRENT status - to judge all PARTS of it as well? If so, do you do the same for other companies? (if so, then you might want to stay away from the stockmarket all together...).
And to claim that NONE of them will come? Will you participate in the lawsuit then? Not only do we KNOW that TRW is carved out (it is official in HK), but SIAF has said that TRW is working on a F-1 so that SIAF can do a share dividend - claiming that "None of them will come" means that SIAF has LIED to us about the TRW-shares and that there will not be any dividend. This would certainly lead to a massive lawsuit, not limited to SIAF as a company, but very likely towards every (?) member of the BOD of SIAF personally as well.
