PATHETIC DAY YESTERDAY. Great filing, but the stock could not close up one tick even. Peeps will have you believe it's "consolidation", but that's just a euphemism for terrible performance. All the longs saying how this will shoot up on the next news. Well, we've had 2 now, and it's had the opposite effect on the PPS. Not only that, the price has already been factored into the next news, as we know what that will be now. Maybe some more details, but the filing was pretty clear what's happening.

And the street is not interested, nor confident in this CEO/company. Too may OTC companies shaft their shareholders. It's understandable people don't want to jump in here, even at this price. The downside is immense.
