Rossi has previously given the indication that Q's would come before end of October. Q3 is not actually due until mid-November. So I would be fine as long as all the filings were complete by the Q3 due date. That said, not sure why Q1 & Q2 can't be submitted now. Everything should have been ironed out by now thru all the previous K delays.
