All one has to do is look at the end of the article, at the Bloomberg quote, to see that business is not going to pay attention to this change by the EPA.
They can stick all the fingers they want in the dike, but they will not change the momentum to clean fuels use in the country, or around the world. It's becoming an economic argument/reality, and they won't change the laws of economics.
And their argument of "picking winners & losers" is ridiculous, as long as the fossil fuel subsidies remain in the $ Billions, thereby "picking" fossil fuels and supporting them.
It's really "lead or get out of the way" here.
