Im hearing the lease is still available on the new location and its not being setup

I dont live there and cant confirm it myself, but if this is true, it will expose the CEO as a liar, right? Isn't it suppose to open on the 20th?

Anybody live in the area and feel like taking some pics?... Or is this WHY there are no pics being posted?!
