He only increased the “credit limit” (AS), he didn’t charge the card/make a purchase (add to the OS) and most certainly the bill hasn’t come due (add to the float).

This is how public companies do it.
Nothing has really changed as of yet except the ability to have the shares to make the acquisition possible - I’ll happily see him give Jawea a billion “restricted” shares outta that AS for the LOI to be turned into an acquisition and then sell the label to Coke....
