It can run on rumor,and it will run on news.However when pps rise on rumor till .01 before news it's a better start and easy way to run to .05 imo. The psychological point of .01 will the beginning of a long run in to pennyland,just like OWC#

I agree. Want it to run on solid news because it'll stay up. Not rumor.
