#83 RE: AAAtrades #81

Here's the best part of this: his assumptions are based on on 50 grams per sq foot. Take your pick but based on what the company has stated the # of grams/sq ft, it's substantially higher than this projection:

From blog post referenced: "First, CBW is forecasting its production capacity via its partnership streaming interests to be 1.3 million square feet. Industrial scale production can yield up to 50 grams per square foot which would take annual production to approximately 65 million grams."

From the most recent investor presentation, company projections are substantially higher than 50 grams per 100 sq feet. Much closer to 85-100 grams per sq foot. So take the revenue and ebita projections in his blog entry and basically double them to get a baseline, then apply the multiple.

"2. Multiple streams across Canada with anticipated 2019 year end annual runrate production of >115,000 kg."

*Effective Square Feet is calculated is by taking the physical square footage and multiplying by a
factor based on the expected productivity of the facility versus the industry average. The industry
average we have used is 100 grams produced annually per square foot. Square footage for the peer
group is based on current facilities and/or announced expansion capacity"
