there is,they won another case settled with Juniper.

10:19 AM EDT, 11/03/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Network-1 Technologies(NTIP) said Friday it has settled its patent infringement lawsuit against Juniper Networks(JNPR) .

Under the terms of the agreement, Juniper will pay Network-1(NTIP)$13.3 million and receive a fully-paid license to the remote power patent for its full term which expires March 2020.

The remote power patent relates to, among other things, delivering power over ethernet cables to remotely power network connected devices including, among others, wireless switches, wireless access points, VoIP telephones and network cameras.

Juniper was one of 16 defendants in the Network-1(NTIP) patent infringement lawsuit with all but one settling with Network-1(NTIP). Hewlett Packard(HPE) has yet to settle with the company and will go to trial on Nov 6.
