Obviously Finra didn't and this was a couple years ago. Nothing to do with the current status of DOLV.

Finra has already snug, they have been working with the company for 6 months now gathering all the required information for the five prongs. If there was any evidence of the concerns you had posted, this would have already been halted. It's a big RM so it takes time and requires patience from investors. Just hang in there and your worries will be put to rest. This is a legit company and rare opportunity for investors. Normally with this type of RM, the shares would all be owned by banks and they would get richer on day one. The little guys are getting this one.
