NECA had no value for us to get 50% of, at least not right now. Their management team are known for scamming. Look up their "ceo", not really anything good to say about the guy or his family as a whole. So why buy 100% of worthless crap when we were already dumb enough to take over 50%. Either way we gain nothing, as NECA gained all the value in the deal. SB NEEDS to explain this deal in detail as to why it's beneficial for ONCI shareholders.
