ERBB is selling shares - that has always been their business model.

ERBB still owes Lang $150,000 per quarter for the next five years for Nipton.

I suggest you read the financials - I have never seen a company with so much toxic debt which leads to massive dilution.

You also need to look at the history of the ERBB press releases and see how nothing ever comes to fruition.
