that is exactly what is going on. it's obvious. the company is dumping into their news. unfortunate. i sold most of my shares last week, but thinking about jumping out of the rest while i am still green. not sure why the dilution is so heavy, but it's getting ugly. whoever is dumping, is hitting the bid without discretion.
