Usually company financials are not found on the 8K. If you are new to trading, I suggest you review the 10K’s and Q’s, and also practice some real due diligence with your research. If you would like to discuss after looking at the complete picture let me know.
If you don’t know the difference in an 8k or 10k or 10q, then you can’t see what’s in those 8k’s of things to happen. I’ve NEVER EVER looked at an 8k and saw zero revs. I guess I’m missing the new math, and new filings showing 8k’s now carry 10k’s weight... lmfaozzz!
