#28024 RE: 22na22 #28021

It is simple, "value of claims" is a valid argument.
It is correct that the market AT THIS CURRENT MOMENT
values the patents at little to nothing. If I was looking for small returns, I would be buying a less risky stock and collect my small returns.

It is why it is a good time to buy. Once the market values
the claims and patents accordingly the price goes up accordingly.
However none of us that own or are buying WDDD are buying for the current value, we are buying for the future value. This isn't a blue chip stock, this isn't trading on the the big boy exchanges. There isn't endless PR posts but just quietly knocking down every hurdle ATVI throws in front of them. Simply going through the process and stacking up favorable outcomes as we move towards a return to district court.

DISTRICT COURT is where the value of the claims comes into play.

This doesn't have a host of analysts and reports or anything else covering it. Its a penny stock, with risk, and a bunch of events coming up (catalysts) that will change the value.
The current valuation is irrelevant to me and many others.
The vast majority of the people here do not care what the market thinks the current value is, but are more concerned with the possible value moving forward. SO smart money, market valuation, and whatever else is just noise.
The facts-
Markman favorable
PTAB death squad survived
CAFC IPR APPEAL calendar date and Judge Panel selection looming with about 80% chance of making it to district court as is
8% chance to get all claims back in CAFC, 8% chance we get some claims back, and about 5% chance we don't survive CAFC.
Those stats are BEFORE we look at Oil States and WIfi One, which would increase the odds of getting claims back. Too hard to figure the math on likelihood of one or both decisions going favorably.
SO in my opinion I would suggest more than a 10% chance we get ALL OF THE CLAIMS BACK, those 2 cases are worth at least a 2% chance. Right? I would think that is a more than fair assessment.
