I suggest you read their 10k because they have a strategic partner, Zimmer, whom they will commercialize their Hip implant with. I believe knee will be done with Zimmer as well but they havent disclosed that they have a knee partner. According to their 10k FDA said they MAY need to do a LIMITED 1-2 year trial for hip, not 4-5 years.
They modified their Hip implant, so this is technically the 2nd generation as well. Also instead of articulating against a Ceramic liner its articulating against, specifically, Zimmer's Poly liner.

Si3N4 gen II is not the same thing as Valeo II. They were able to modify the formula to increase the osteoblast proliferation which means reduced healing time. You should really read up on Gen II. Here is their Worldwide patent on it:

3D printing is a big deal because it means they can save a lot in production costs, particularly on their all porous implant, which will allow Valeo to be cost competitive. Not to mention that implants can be produced specifically for patients needs.

As a real shareholder you should know these things.
