That is a moot discussion about how long it usually takes (20 days) to become effective after filing the S1.

Wayne filed the S1 on June 20 and it was declared effective on Aug 31 and was free to start selling on Sept 1. That was 72 days later and 37 days ago.

More of the drivel we always hear to try to make Wayne sound like anything but the scammer he is.
