Do you know how many shares he had? I imagine we might get an idea of the true value of agtk shares since they are valuable enough to use as collateral instead of money. Since the shares are so cheap right now he either has a boat load of shares or they have a perceived value based on what’s to come.
If this was a scam company they would take cash not shares.
