CEO was living in Greece, and arrested at request of U.S. for penny stock fraud of a previous penny scam. I don't know what happened after that.

Buyer Beware..Anything associated with Walchuk or AGIN should be regarded as a scam.....

I can't imagine anyone takes AGIN seriously, but dead tickers trade as quick flips for gambling.... for those into that sort of thing.

It seems to be getting attention again.
