Were all the lawsuits dismissed by Gabe in anticipation of the BK filing or are some still pending?
If pending and the Automatic Stay is lifted, then someone needs to hire new lawyers to go to court and wind those down otherwise the defendants will dismiss with prejudice (with no chance to ever relitigate those claims) and Defendants could pursue costs and fees against EDIG for want of prosecution. Judgments for cost and fees against EDIG will suddenly create a class of creditors.
So Big D, where’s the money gonna come from to hire the lawyers and who is administering this?
