Dr Patrick O. Nunally was a paid consultant (outsourced) starting in 2006.

Pat's 1st role was to identify Flash-R infringers, in which he compiled a list of 174 potential targets, the the company struck a deal on contingency, sued a group of 7, the 19 more, legal issues delayed progress on suits about two years, but we eventually settle about 70+ cases.

At some point Pat started developing new IP, 3 portfolios.

We switched law firms, sued more for Flash-R, then a few for Nunchi....then July 6 they filed chap 7, which was dismissed/denied last week.

Regroup mode in process....work ahead, step at a time.

Lots of dirt over the years, lots of mistakes, all old news, but it's there in our past, yet discussed daily....
