There are a few real honest and good companies on otc, most are foreign banks who’s adr trades otc, but there are also companies like this, I own 2 of them.
This stock was a Nasdaq company, and was delisted because they did not meet the required number of shareholders. As discussed on the CC the only Nasdaq listing requirement TMPS dies not currently meet is pps>$1 and Management is working on that
