This golf app convinces hackers that they are so bad that they should quit after 9 holes and go to the 19th hole. Hence, 2 hour reduction since the average round takes 4-5 hours.

I do not believe it,a typical round takes 4 to 4 1/2 hours and you can never control the speed of the players ahead of you, and if your a high handicapper you will get into alot of trouble which is the main reason for slow play

2 hours seems like stretch. Will need to see more details on what exactly the app does to evaluate.

Impossible to cut a round by two hours. Then you factor in the folks playing around you, and realize that an hour is borderline impossible. The only way to cut that much time off a round is to play 9 holes instead of 18.
