Doubt it. Darkpulse can post suggestive info....Shareholders are inventing "news" and "revenue".... So, sloppy DD and daydreaming lead to fanciful hopes ..... which benefits BVTK, but I don't think they're breaking the law ...IMO.
Would he not be liable for the manipulation of a stock?
