What is clear is that omvs/rad only releases info that is positive, albeit misleading and chooses to hide the negative in a masked TA, and buried in financials...
Financials will be very telling, omvs/rad touting government contract possibility when it isn't even registered as a vendor or have a DUNS number..
Again misleading and misinformation, that can constitute fraud...
But many red flags with omvs/rad...in my opinion
