Could this be Ixcell DCM joint venture with $VCEL??? The timing sure looks like a good fit for a Phase 3!

Just saying but only an opinion.

However since ICT will be doing clinical trials in USA, why not the possibility of an Ixcell DCM Phase 3 in a Partnership with $VCEL?
