Too many drivers as I said before. It's almost a guaranteed 200% gain on the stock between now and year end.

when did ir say this? that they lost their collateral shares being returned? also why would they have to top off of this isnthe case? I am not asking zerohedge or joenatural these questions

As IR has told us, Siaf lost their right to buy them back since the shares went below the security value that they agreed upon.

Yes, but that is if Siaf fails to issue enough collateral shares to make up for the drop in share price. Does anyone know if they have managed to meet the obligations during this massive drop without exceeding the A/S?
