The catch is this is still in LOI phase. Yeah there is the image of the actual signed doc between Frankie and Li Ang, as well as pics of Frankie with the execs in China. But in penny land LOIs are frequently not work the paper they are written on but i will agree this one seems a little..different.
Other catch for me is why SANP and/or Frankie?
Regardless the momo is here so whether you're a true believer or somewhere in between there is the opportunity to make a buck or 2 or 10000.
