He didn't...the company did not have the cash to remain a fully reporting company and went to OTC Pink, vs OTCQB.
Pinks do not file financials, pinks don't do may other things and are not required too...thus the silence.
The stock is still trading...although beyond dismal, the Facebook page sees occasional updates, the download count is a nice 6 figure number from nothing....
The company is still alive...check the website for updates.
The patents still exist too...btw
