That is correct.

The SEC moves to have certain information excluded from trial, so as to shield the jury from that which could be deemed unfairly prejudice if heard.

What's odd is the motion coming on behalf of the plaintiff, related to testimony in association to James Norman Turek, former President of Plasticon, now serving an 18 year sentence for securities fraud.
