It surprises to hear that Mel Watt's uninspiring Speech influenced the PPS downwards. Mel Watt is on his way out very soon either through executive, congressional, judicial actions or in worst case after another 1 year.

The PPS has gone up because of RNC resolution and it is probably one of the most positive influential political news in nine years. With RNC news alone PPS should have been above 4 or 5. It is a surprise that PPS is still at bargain price of 3.
