To cut it short, the stock will go up with any positive news and massive money will be made. This is my opinion as there is no rule apply to any penny regardless with the SS. It is all about timing if it is even a scam. People will come and invest with the first positive news. If no news, it will go down. End of story. There is no need for back and forth. Pennies move by news...
