Sorrry but I disagree with you completely. I've. Been trading otc for near 20 yrs almost solely on the chart. There are indicators that actually greatly aid in determining if dilution is lessening. Sorry to break it to you but I'm right ;-)

If one takes the time to learn charts one would not make incorrect assumptions :-D
