David Platt entry/in MJ a game changer

I have seen nothing to connect David Platt, MJ, & CWIR. Clearly Platt is connected to CWIR as a board member and CWIR had a very short move into MJ some time ago,as per old filings, but that was before this crew took the shell.

From Shareholder Letter:

I’m sure you’re all wondering about the new management, additions to our Board of Directors and our business model moving forward. I will say that I am excited to begin executing our model, although we started the process about a year ago, we decided on using CWIR as our public platform a few months ago.

Yes, there are connections to Isreal and Platt, but I find no direct connections to Platt & MJ, nor any connection between CWIR and MJ. So, if you have found something verifiable, then please post a link.
