Spin it however you like but that is fact. They are remodeling the place. You could visit the place if you like. $150k is about right for a shop. I personally never care for the doughnut shop. Long are the one pumping the donut shop like there is no tomorrow.
Of course rev isn't in. Make zero sense looking for rev and last I checked, unless you have fin filing for 2018, then most likely it will be zero.
