the ce from otcmarkets is meaningless. when this opens for trading on tuesday it will be on the grey market. that is far worse than caveat emptor.

this was not suspended for fraud. it was suspended for delinquency. that being the case the sec has now instituted revocation proceedings, and this ticker will eventually be revoked.
