You forgot there was a huge Dip in Sept too. However, no one seem to care when they bought int at 005+. It dip from 0052 to 0024. This dip was 0052 to 0015 and now it's at 0022. There were base at 004/5 few weeks ago too. Float is still the same as it was few weeks ago. Everyone was happy to get 1Billion shares increase back then which I didn't like much but what a start up company could do? Whole point of stock is to raise some capital for start up
