The idea is to get a house (not apt) in a 55 and up community.

I think about that too, but the thought of having to sell the house, pack up, and move is just so dang overwhelming. Not as young as I used to be. Time will tell. I'm going to spend the next 9 years clearing out the house. When I hit 75, I'll see how I feel and take it from there.
