When reading publications produced by Mr. Oravec and Mr. Williams this could be recognized as tatics or part of a plan.

Of course if your belief is; this isn't a big scam, and/or the company has not decided to make a change in plans (after all they have 'potentially' done here)

Only few know the complete truth.
