But this company isnt doing fine. In 2008 it traded at .50 cents. Its been all down hill from there. It has lost 99.6% of its value.

It has a negative book value of (5,587,221)

and lost (84,623) last quarter

it ended last quarter with less than $6k

There are many non - SEC reporting companies that are doing just fine... but saying that this one is - is just putting lipstick on a pig.
