It's a shame companies are allowed to go dark. Ceasing to report to the SEC is one thing, but to the OTC? No excuse.

It doesn't stop them from putting out prs, though! But even those have ceased. Maybe the CE warning label has something to do with that.

Is the company under investigation? So many questions! And until there are answers, the sp will suffer.
