You just haven't read the DD or done any of your own. If you had, you would know that the company doesn't want any of their business dealings tied to this old shell. They are waiting for the ticker symbol change and then they will release their PRs and the consolidated financials and BINGO!! But if you don't do your DD, then it stands to reason that you would believe this kind of stuff. Do your research.
