In the same document I refered to earlier FSIN have indicated their desire to get on to AMEX. If they continue with their revenue/profits then this ought to happen within 12 to 18 months. This could be the time horizon that SEIH are looking at to convert thier warrants and off load shares.

FSIN need to appoint some more directors to their board to satisfy AMEX application criteria so keep an eye out for that happening over the next couple of quarters. You never know, maybe Chris Bickel's name might appear?
